Payment Policies
- Check spot avaialbility before making payment.
- Spots are not guaranteed until payment is received. Payment is due one week prior to the start of the workshop. Unpaided spot will became avaiaible to others.
- Since the space and supplies are limitied, once you commit to the workshop by making the payment, your spot is reserved for the full duration. This means that if you have to miss any classes, those sessions are non-refundable, as your reservation may prevent someone else from joining.
That said, you are welcome to make up any missed lessons in a future workshop at no additional cost. Please let me know in advance so I can check the seat avaialbility and prepare any materials you may need. It is your responsibility to schedule make-up lessons
- Please kindly let me know ahead of time if you have to miss any lesson, so I might arrange make-up lessons for someone.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- The workshop requires a minimum of 5 participants. If fewer than 5 people register, the workshop may be canceled, and all registered participants will receive a full refund.
- If the instructor needs to cancel a lesson, it will be rescheduled to a later date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled lesson, you may choose either a full refund for that lesson, or attend a future session of the workshop.
